Armenians celebrate New Year in Tehran

TEHRAN – Iranian Armenians hold the Holy Communion rite late on Dec 31, 2017 , into early hours of the New Year. In this video file you can see an excerpt of the ceremony filmed at Surp Targmanchats Church in Vahidiyeh of Tehran. According to unofficial accounts, more than 30000 Armenians live in Tehran now.
